WELCOME TO THE $HITSHOW
It’s that time of the year for elections! California’s primary is coming up and I’m here to share my thoughts on the jungle that is California’s elections.
IMPORTANT: Register to vote in California online: https://registertovote.ca.gov/
(No, you don’t need Scott Pressler to register to vote as a Republican or Libertarian in California you can do it right now online!!)
OVERVIEW:
Our primary is 5 March 2024, but like Arizona, the California primary has a full month to ferment.
California believes in mail-in ballots and everyone who is registered voter is going to get a mail-in ballot. (That’s 22 million ballots, folks) The ballots go out a FULL month before the primary starting 5 FEB 2024.
Vote Centers open for in-person voting 24 FEB 2024 and stay open through 5 MAR 2024.
Your mail-in ballot MUST be POSTMARKED by 5 MAR and received by 12 MAR 2024. So…. If you’re a cheater, as long as your ballot makes it to your County Register’s office by 12 MAR, it still counts!! Then it will take about 30 days to declare a winner depending on the race because, you know, we gotta bake the vote for the Democrat in the race to win.
You can track your ballot at: wheresmyballot.sos.ca.gov
I’ve been tracking my ballot since 2020. It’s a helpful tool that will let you know if the proper county register office got your vote. And it’s a good place to start if you discover you voted by mail when you went to vote in person on 5 March. Honestly, I’d check that thing often, especially in HIGH BAKE AREAS like LA County, San Francisco, Oakland, and San Diego.
THE STATS:
As of 3 OCT 2023 for the 5 March 2024 Primary:
Eligible voters in the state: 26,673,525. (keep those illegals flooding in and thank Motor Voter for their registration!)
Registered voters in the state: 22,114,456.
Democrat voters in the state: 10,353,432
Republican voters in the state: 5,286,769
NPP (No Party Preference) in the state: 4,914,982 (Libertarian might fall under “other or NPP, hard to know because it’s not stated.)
So in theory, if Republicans and NPP teamed up, and we got some Democrat cross over votes, we could give the commies in the state a run for their money and vote them out.
VOTING FOR TRUMP IN CALIFORNIA
You wanna vote for Trump in California? You can! Newsolini’s so confident Trump will lose on the ballot, he left Trump on. Here’s how to do it:
You MUST be a REGISTERED Republican to vote for Trump. If you are NPP, you MUST re-register Republican to vote for Trump. You can re-register via online by 20 FEB 2024 (in the link provided above). After 20 FEB 2024, you must change your party affiliation IN PERSON at a Voting Center.
If you are NPP and wanted to vote in the Democrate Presidental Primary, you needed to request that ballot via mail by 19 OCT 23. If you wanted to vote in the Libertarian Primary, you needed to request that ballot via by 17 OCT 23.
REQUIREMENTS TO VOTE IN CA:
Be 18.
Be a US and CA citizen.
Not be a Felon.
Not be deemed incompetent by a Court.
Side note: If you applied for a CDL, you most likely got registered to vote via “Motor Voter.” If you didn’t want to register to vote, then you have to opt out. How many people opt out?
Since 1 JAN 2011, we’re a JUNGLE primary so the top 2 vote getters in the primary go to the general election. Of course, this favors the Democrats in this state.
MY PRIMARY ENDORSEMENTS:
Vote Republican, Libertarian or NPP. Period. Better the Rino you know than the Communist you know, I say. Unless that Rino is Liz Cheny or Adam Kinsinger.
That said, here are my picks for some select races:
US SENATE, Partial/Unexpired Term:
My picks: Eric Early (America 1st candidate), Steve Garvey or Christina Pascucci, (yes, Pascucci is registered a Democrat, and she was/is a reporter, but I always found her reporting honest, much like Catherine Herridge)
US SENATE, Full Term:
1. Eric Early. 2. Steve Garvey 3. Christina Pascucci
What about Schiffty Shift?
From CNN: While Schiff has signed documents asserting both the Maryland property and the significantly smaller Burbank condo as his primary residences, tax records indicate that he paid his California property taxes in 2017 with a check featuring his Maryland address. Deed records show Schiff, who was elected to Congress in 2000, designated the Maryland home as his primary residence in 2003. In 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 Schiff refinanced his mortgage and again indicated it was his primary residence.
Los Angeles County deed records for Schiff’s Burbank condo, purchased in 2009, were notarized in Maryland. On one page of the deed, the state: California and the county: Los Angeles are crossed out and Maryland and Montgomery County are written in. The records also list Schiff’s Maryland home as an address the records are being returned to.
SCHIFF would be better suited running for Ben Cardin’s seat.
LA COUNTY DA, Currently occupied by the selected George Gascon:
Gascon has 11 challengers and if ONE of them receives the majority vote, it’s over! Gascon is out and the winner is in. If there’s no majority vote, the top 2 go to a run off in the general election.
My #1 pick is Jonathan Hatami. #2 – David s Milton. #3 – Nathan Hochman.
Let’s primary George Gascon.
36 CITIES in the County of Los Angeles have a vote of “No Confidence” in Gascon. Crime is plentiful. Victims have no rights under his tenure. Restorative Justice has turned LA County into a haven for criminals.
A couple of Cities outside of LA County who really need to vote Republican or Libertarian: San Francisco, Oakland, and San Diego.
NOTABLE CONGRESSIONAL SEATS:
District 6 – Vote Christine Bish – Republican, American 1st candidate.
District 11 – Nancy Pelosi’s district – vote the opposite of Nancy Pelosi. I recommend Bruce Lou.
District 14 – Eric Swalwell’s district – vote Vin Kruttivent or Luis Reynoso. I think the nation is done hearing his farts and hearing about his Chinese girlfriend.
District 20 – Kevin McCarthy’s old district – vote David Giglio, Republican, American 1st candidate.
District 36 – Ted Lieu’s district – vote Julia Hashemieh.
District 43 – Maxine Water’s district – Vote David Knight or Steve Williams
District 47 – Katie Porter’s district – vote Scott Baugh
